Wanted? Is fabulous.

With the assassins and the weavers and the assassins and the looms and the assassins.

Awesome.

I consider myself lucky to have lived to see the movie, as I thought my heart was going to STOP in a glee induced coronary during the preview for Death Race. Jason Statham? The guy from Lovejoy and Deadwood? A remake of Death Race 2000? HOW DID I NOT KNOW ABOUT THIS.

We are officially declaring this the best summer movie season EVER.

i really enjoyed wanted too :D non-stop action, which is really all i ask for in an action sort of movie. don't slow things down with yawn inducing romances or wandering attempts at sub-plot. gun fights, car chases, martial arts - i want it all! :D

and the boy was massively excited about death race. as i've never seen the original, i had no concept of it really, but it does look intriguing. i'm sure we'll go see it.

now i'm just waiting impatiently for batman *twiddles thumbs*

The original Death Race 2000 (http://movies.virginmedia.com/player/default.asp?url=/film/fid604/trailers/trid322/wm/bb.asx&filmid=604&trid=322&partner=virgin&sec=trl&psec=) is terrible and wonderfully cheesy. You like bad movies, right?
