...the jellied salads, that I understand. (I think it's from living so long among the Lutherans, which is its own flavor of worrisome.)

But how often does one have to worry about a ferret loose in the sanctuary?

3. Take a Deep Breath.
Brath control is crucial for any kind of speaking, inclusive or not. Taking a breath also gives you time to think about what you want to say. Thinking before speaking is a new skill for some, so don't be discouraged if you muddle it the first few times.
