beachlassBleh. Been sick since... hmmm? Friday night? The fever finally seems to be abating, although my appetite has not returned.
I've read most of Master and Commander; watched The Future is Unwritten, and Weekend at the Waldof, and I think some nature documentaries - those were while I was really feverish. I suspect some shark related giant fireball bad dreams are in my future. I also caught the end of the last SGA ep - I suspect running a fever was a bonus there.

Sorry to hear about the seal. I feel like there's a clubbing baby seals joke to be made here, but I can't quite reach it.
Perhaps PETA's Sea Kitten (http://www.peta.org/Sea_Kittens/index.asp) campaign, instead?

And no, that is, in fact, not where I am drawing the line. The whole freakin' ad almost made me feel like I was the one with the stomach flu.

Maybe one of them went to multi-media class (the one I took in 1984) and learned about the lowest common denominator, and then went out to do 'field research' among 8-year-old little girls who collect my little ponies and hello kitty things in a non-ironic way...
Oooooooh how I hate to be treated as if I am stupid. Whilst reading moralizing messages.
Harrrumph.
(If you tried to club the seals in my chest, it would be toooo messy, the blood would be mine, and... well... I would be mad at you)
