RULES: Each player of this game starts off with 10 weird things/habits/little known facts about yourself. People who get tagged need to write a blog of their own 10 weird habits/things/little known facts as well as state this rule clearly. At the end you need to choose 6 people to be tagged and list their names. No tagbacks.

1. These days, I sit on my bed in the mornings to check email and read my flist while basking in my fancy sunlamp to fight off seasonal affective disorder.
2. I don't have a dishwasher anymore: I don't mind doing dishes, but I don't like putting them away in the cupboard.
3. I play guitar, and used to play french horn.
4. Every day I'm online I check Scarlet Spiral.
5. I sleep in an antique bed that has a tendency to fall apart.
6. I've started biting my nails again.
7. I sleep with a sleeping mask.
8. The state of my housekeeping is a good indication of my state of mind. I would currently describe the housekeeping as a slowly improving disaster zone.
   
9. I collect and read cookbooks. Read them out loud, to my friends, who appreciate this in varying degrees.
   
10. When I'm sick, my favourite books to read are old style murder mysteries: Agatha Christie or Ngaio Marsh.

You make me feel guilty about not updating more often. XDD;;

Also, yay Agatha Christie! She's one of my comfort-genres (she's a genre all in herself!) The other is Western novels, because while even with fantasy books I have to think about morality and ethics and new worlds, Western novels are straight-up shoot-'em-up's, and entirely unapologetic.

Doing dishes helps me think!
